AAA Expects More People To Travel Labor Day Weekend

CINCINNATI, OH(FOX19) - AAA projects that 34.4 million people will travel 50 miles or more this Labor Day weekend. This is an increase of about 10 percent compared to 2009.

AAA expects an increase of about 10 percent over 2009 in the number of Americans traveling over the Labor Day holiday weekend. About 34.4 million people will travel at least 50 miles from home, according to AAA. That's up from about 31.3 million in 2009.
